The US 33/Winchester Road/High Street Interchange, which is also commonly referred to as the Carroll Area Interchange, is intended to improve the capacity and operational level of service on US 33 in the vicinity of Carroll, Ohio. The improvements are also intended to improve the safety along US 33 within the Carroll area and to improve the linkages between the local and state transportation network.
The 2013 study area encompasses an area that can accommodate all of the alternatives being considered, and any required local roadway connections (Resource-Study Area Map). The study area extends west to the intersection of US 33 Lockville/Pleasantville Roads and east to the Lancaster Bypass. As information becomes available, the content will be updated.
