The Labor Relations Officer is responsible for assuring that proper processes and procedures are in place throughout the district to allow supervisory personnel to manage human resources to the extent possible or necessary within guidelines of the Contract between the State of Ohio and the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association/AFSCME Local 11 AFL-CIO.The public information office serves to maintain all district communications with the media regarding The Ohio Department of Transportation.
