State Route 158 closes Monday for 30 days
Jacksontown, Ohio (Thursday, July 18, 2013) – Beginning Monday, July 22 State Route 158 north of Lancaster will close for 30 days for a rock fall remediation project in Fairfield County. SR 158 will close between Coonpath Rd. and Rainbow Dr. for construction. This project will alleviate an existing rock fall hazard on SR 158 to maintain a safe and efficient highway.
Traffic will be detoured via SR 256 to SR 37 to US 22 back to SR 158.
ODOT’s contractor for this $638, 939.54 project is George J. Igel and Co. from Columbus, Ohio and the completion date is September 30th, 2013.
