Additional work begins Monday on Taylor
Jacksontown, Ohio (Thursday, August
11, 2016) – A project to widen Taylor Road and
Palmer Road and realign the intersection will impact traffic going to Slate
Ridge Elementary School beginning Monday.
Taylor Road will continue to be closed
south of Palmer Road and traffic will not be able to access the school from
Taylor Road. Drivers needing to reach the school will have to use the Harvestmoon
Drive entrance on the west side of the school property.
The closure is expected
to last for a month, weather permitting.
Taylor Road traffic will
continue to be detoured as follows:
Taylor Road near SR256 and Taylor Square shopping center: Detour
north on State Route 256, north on Graham Road, then east on Palmer Road.
Taylor Road near US 40 and Palmer Road: Detour west on Palmer
Road, south on Graham Road, and south on SR256 to east on Taylor Road.
