County Road 23 and Township Road 169 to be closed for bridge replacement projects
Jacksontown, Ohio (Monday, June 03, 2013) – County Road 23 (Flagdale Rd.) and Township Road 169 will close for 60 days beginning Monday, June 10th, for bridge replacement projects in Perry County.
CR 23 (Flagdale Rd.), located between Bremen and Junction City, will close for the replacement of a bridge over the Rush Creek. The Rush Creek bridge is located on CR 23 just south of SR 37. Traffic will be detoured via SR 37, Jerusalem Rd., and Mainesville Rd.
TR 169, located west of Centerville, will close south of State Route 345 to replace a bridge over the Buckeye Fork creek. Traffic will be detoured via SR 345, TR 162, and TR 163.
The contractor for this combined $922,289 project is Shaw and Holter Inc., from, Lancaster, Ohio. All work is to be completed by October 15th, 2013.
