I-70 nighttime restrictions begin tomorrow in Licking County
Jacksontown, Ohio (Wednesday, August 07, 2013) – Interstate 70 east and westbound will be restricted tomorrow evening, Thursday , August 8 for work relating to the Canal Road bridge replacement project in Licking County located between State Route 37 and State Route 79.
I-70 will be restricted from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Friday morning (8/9) for the pouring of the concrete on the bridge, weather permitting.

Paving will begin for this project this Sunday, August 11 to Friday, August 16 during nighttime hours on I-70 westbound from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. I-70 eastbound will be restricted as well from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting.
ODOT’s contractor for this $10.5 million project is Double Z Construction Company, from Columbus, Ohio and the completion date for this project is November 30th, 2013.
