Interstate 70 Resurfacing Project to Begin Next Week
Jacksontown, Ohio (July 2nd, 2013) – Work will begin next Monday, July 8th, to resurface a 5 mile section of Interstate 70 in Guernsey County from Exit 193 (SR 513 interchange) to the Guernsey/Belmont County line.
Work will take place during nighttime hours, only. Traffic will be restricted to one lane at that time. Daytime traffic will be maintained.
ODOT’s contractor for this $4 million project is Shelly & Sands, Inc. from Zanesville, Ohio. The completion date is October 31st, 2013.
