Resurfacing work to begin next week on State Route 83 in Muskingum County

Jacksontown, Ohio (Tuesday, May 14, 2013) Work will begin next Monday, May 20th, to resurface almost eight miles of State Route 83 in Muskingum County.

Work will take place just north of Bloomfield on SR 83 continuing to the Coshocton/ Muskingum County line.

Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

ODOT’s contractor for this $1.8 million project is Shelly & Sands Inc., from Zanesville, Ohio. Work is expected to be completed by August 30th, 2013.
