Route 13 and SR 37 in Perry County
Work to Begin Wednesday, June 25
Jacksontown,
Ohio (Monday,
June 23, 2014)
–Wednesday,
June 25th crews will begin work on State Routes 13 and 37 in Perry
County.
In preparation for multiple bridge replacements,
crews will begin shoulder work on both roads near Portersville and New
Lexington. Traffic will be maintained while workers prepare for the replacements.
The road will close beginning late July, additional
details and closures will be announced once a schedule has been finalized.
Project complete: October 2015. All work is weather
permitting.
During
periods of closure, motorists will be detoured via:
SR37
via SR 555 to SR 93 to SR 37
SR 13 via SR 93 to SR 669 to SR 13
Buds Inc. was awarded a
contract for approximately $694,540 to complete the project, which is scheduled
to be finished by mid-fall.
