State Route 555 will close for multiple culvert replacements
Jacksontown, Ohio (Wednesday, August 14, 2013) – Work on State Route 555 has progressed over the last week for the replacement of multiple culverts but due to weather the schedule for this work has changed. The rest of this work will take place tomorrow and next Monday, August 19, weather permitting.
Tomorrow ODOT's Muskingum County crew will be working just south of South Zanesville between County Hwy. 6B and Boat Dock Rd. No work will be performed this Friday and the road will be open.
On Monday, August 19 the road will close for work to continue on SR 555 between SR 719 and Grandview Rd., work is expected to be completed on this day.
The road will close during daytime hours only, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Motorists will be detoured via SR 60 to SR 669 back to SR 555.
