State Route 79 restrictions begin today in Newark
Jacksontown, Ohio (Monday, August 05, 2013) – Work began today on State Route 79 for the construction of a new barrier wall and guardrail along the road in Licking County. This work will take place between Main St. and Grant St. in Newark.
The SR 79 north and southbound driving lane will be restricted, traffic will be maintained in the passing lanes. Work is expected to be completed by Friday, August 16, weather permitting.
The contractor for this district wide $827,825 project is Lake Erie Construction.
