The following work is planned in the Delaware County area on the specified dates and times. All work is weather dependent; it may be postponed or cancelled without prior notice.
FRIDAY, MAY 11
US Route 23 – (NEW) US 23 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Wiley Road and Troutman Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for signal installation. Law enforcement officers will help maintain traffic.
US Route 42 – Starting at 7 a.m., US 42 will be reduced to one lane of two-way traffic between SR 257 and SR 745 for bridge work. Traffic will be maintained using a temporary signal. Completion date: June 11.
State Route 257 – SR 257 is reduced to one lane in each direction between Stratford Avenue and West Olentangy Street for the SR 257 widening project.
This $3 million project will widen SR 257 from two lanes to four lanes between Glick Road and the Columbus Zoo delivery entrance. Estimated completion: October 2012.
