The last is the Broad Street exit to Third Street.
There will be NO LEFT TURN restrictions at High Street and Broad Street.
To access Broad Street between High Street and Cleveland Avenue, take I-670 east to the Cleveland Avenue exit to Broad Street. To access Broad Street between Cleveland Avenue and I-71, take I-670 east to the Broad Street exit. Completion date: November 1.
Fourth Street (Downtown) – There will be a barrier wall down the middle of Fourth Street between Nationwide Boulevard and Goodale Street which will divide traffic as ODOT works to replace the Fourth Street bridge deck. Two lanes of traffic in each direction plus a pedestrian walkway will be maintained. Access to I-670 east and west will also be maintained. Completion date: November 27.
Hilliard-Rome Road (West Side) – Hilliard-Rome Road is reduced to one lane in each direction using temporary pavement between Westchester Woods Boulevard and Roberts Road for widening.
Left hand turns are allowed at the following locations:
Traveling both northbound and southbound on Hilliard-Rome Road at Westchester Woods Boulevard.
Traveling southbound on Hilliard-Rome Road at the service drive by Chick-Fil-A (opposite of Tanglewood Park Boulevard).
Traveling both northbound and southbound on Hilliard-Rome Road at Nike Drive.
Southbound traffic trying to access The Market at Hilliard should use the service drive opposite Tanglewood Park Boulevard or continue south to Westchester Woods Boulevard.
Northbound traffic trying to access Tanglewood Park Boulevard or the Tanglewood Plaza shopping area should use Westchester Woods Boulevard.
This traffic pattern will remain in effect until November.
Drivers are reminded to stay alert since heavy construction equipment will be moving in and out of the work zone.
Interstate 71 State Route 665 (South Side) – Motorists will notice several traffic pattern changes as they travel through the Interstate 71 State Route 665 Interchange in Grove City.
Travelling south on I-71, motorists will be able to exit at SR 665 but will not be able to access Old Haughn Road or the new Haughn Road.
For motorists west of the interchange, but travelling east on SR 665, the roadway will be open, and they will not have to use Gateway West to New Haughn Road to Old Haughn Road to access I-71. If eastbound 665 drivers do want to access Old Haughn Road, they will have to use Gateway West to New Haughn Road to Old Haughn Road.
At the intersection of New Haughn Road and Old Haughn Road, right turns will not be permitted; you will only be able to turn north onto Old Haughn Road.
If you are east of the interchange, but travelling west, there is still one lane in each direction on SR 665 and you can access both directions of I-71, but cannot turn right onto Old Haughn Road because of the new exit ramp from I-71 south. To access, Old Haughn, you will need to use Gateway West to New Haughn Road to Old Haughn.
Construction began last year on the $22 million dollar project that will create a single point urban interchange at I-71/SR 665 similar to the I-270 and Sawmill Road interchange. Completion date: August 2012.
