Be Prepared: Weekend Work at Dublin Interchange to Close Ramps
Work begins Friday night
US 33 Bridge at I-270 (Northwest Side) – The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will resume construction Friday night on the US 33 Bridge over I-270 in Dublin which means two ramps will close for the weekend.
From 8 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m., Monday August 15, the following ramps will be closed:
· I-270 south to US 33 east
· I-270 north to US 33 west
The detour for I-270 south is to continue to Tuttle Crossing to 270 north to US 33 east, and for I-270 north, exit at Sawmill, to 270 south to US 33 west.
The US 33 bridge will be open all weekend, but reduced to one lane in each direction.
All lanes and ramps at the I-270/US 33 Interchange will be open by the Monday morning commute.
ODOT is constructing a concrete deck overlay on the bridge, and all work is expected to be complete, weather permitting, at the end of this month.
