Progress Means New Traffic Patterns on Ashville Pike and Duvall Road
For Up to Two Months
Beginning Friday, August 1, Duvall Road, west of Ashville Pike, will reopen in both directions. Ashville Pike south of Duvall Road will also reopen. Road crews will continue their work on the intersection through September. That means Duvall Road east of Ashville Pike will be closed in both directions, and Ashville Pike, between Duvall Road and Rickenbacker Parkway, will be restricted to northbound traffic only.
The detour for Duvall Road will be south on Ashville Pike, to Miller Road, to Lockbourne-Eastern Road to Duvall Road.
The detour for Ashville Pike southbound traffic will be north on Ashville Pike, to Rickenbacker Parkway, to Alum Creek, to SR-317, to US-23 south. Before Monday, August 4, drivers will need to take US-23 south to Weigand Road, to Ashville Pike. After Monday, August 4, drivers can take US-23 south to Duvall Road.
These closures are for the reconstruction of the Ashville Pike and Duvall Road intersection. Completion: late September 2014.
