Pickaway East-West Connector
The following work is planned on the Pickaway East-West Connector project on the specified dates and times. All work is weather dependent; it may be postponed or cancelled without prior notice.
 
MONDAY, AUGUST 18
Duvall Road – (NEW) Duvall Road will be closed in both directions between the railroad tracks and Ashville Pike beginning at 7 a.m. for road construction on the Pickaway East-West Connector project. The detour is US 23 to Weigand Road to Ashville Pike or reverse. The local detour for residents on Duvall Road is Bulen-Pierce Road to Shepard Road to US 23 or reverse. Completion: August 20.
 
Duvall Road – (NEW) Duvall Road will close in both directions west of the Bulen-Pierce intersection starting at 7 a.m. for road construction on the Pickaway East-West Connector project. The detour is US 23 to Weigand Road to Ashville Pike or reverse. Completion: September 15.
 
ONGOING WORK
Bulen-Pierce Road – Bulen-Pierce is closed in both directions just south of the Duvall Road intersection for work on the Pickaway East-West Connector Project. The detour for traffic east of Bulen-Pierce is Duvall Road to Ashville Pike south to Weigand Road west to Bulen-Pierce Road. The detour for traffic west of Bulen-Pierce is US 23 south to Weigand Road to Bulen-Pierce Road.
 
Ashville Pike – Ashville Pike is open to northbound traffic only between Duvall Road and Rickenbacker Parkway. The detour for southbound traffic is north on Ashville Pike to Rickenbacker Parkway to Alum Creek to SR 317 to US 23 south to Weigand Road to Ashville Pike to Duvall Road. This one-way traffic pattern will be in effect until late September.

Duvall Road - Duvall Road is closed in both directions east of Ashville Pike to allow construction crews to continue rebuilding the intersection. The detour is Duvall Road to Ashville Pike to Miller Road to Lockbourne-Eastern Road to Duvall Road or reverse.  Completion: Late September 2014.
