Demolition still scheduled for bridge at I-71/665 Interchange in Grove City
TUESDAY, JANUARY 17
Interstate 71 (South) – Both directions of Interstate 71 will be closed at SR 665 in Grove City from midnight to 5 a.m. Wednesday for bridge demolition. Both directions of I-71 traffic will be forced to exit at SR 665, and use the SR 665 entrance ramps to get back on I-71.
Both directions of SR 665 will be closed at I-71 from midnight to 5 a.m.
Eastbound SR 665 traffic will be able to access I-71 south only. The detour for eastbound SR 665 is I-71 south to US 62 to I-71 north to eastbound SR 665.
Westbound SR 665 traffic will be able to access I-71 north only. The detour for westbound SR 665 is SR 665 eastbound to SR 104 northbound to I-71 south to westbound SR 665.
Law enforcement will be at the interchange to assist.
Weather could postpone this demolition, but the call will not be made until much later this afternoon.
