 Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Prevailing Wage

 
District Seven's EEO and Prevailing Wage Coordinators ensure fair treatment of the employees as defined by the Civil Rights Act. Compliance reviews are conducted with contractors working on ODOT projects, and construction practices are examined to make sure that employees are paid prevailing wage according to federal law. Minorities and women are hired according to federal and state goals in order to increase diversity, and employees are trained and treated equally.
