The Ohio Department of Transportation District Seven Real Estate office is responsible for changes to the State Highway System, including the disposal of excess land in the following counties: Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery and Shelby.
If you are interested in a particular piece of property within the District Seven area, owned by the State of Ohio Department of Transportation, please send a letter of request to:

Our Property Management Services section will then research your request and a determination will be made whether the Department has a need to retain the property for highway purposes. Any research you have already done on the property should be included with your request (e.g. deeds, plats, etc.). This will help expedite our response to you.
