ODOT Seeking Public Comments 
On upcoming projects
Sidney (Tuesday, February 25, 2014)The Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 is seeking public comments regarding the following projects: 
AUG-SRTS-Minster IFS 1, PID 96386 – The Village of Minster proposes to upgrade the pedestrian signals at Main Street and Seventh Street and install school zone flashers on SR 66.  The project is necessary to improve pedestrian access for walking students.  
AUG-SRTS-Wapakoneta IFS 3, PID 96391 – The City of Wapakoneta proposes to construct sidewalks along Carnation and Laurel Drives.  The project is necessary to improve pedestrian access for walking students.   
CHP-US 36 East-16.28, PID 96836 – The City of Urbana will improve US 36 from the Scioto Connector to 700 feet east of Dugan Road.  The project will includes sidewalk improvement, storm water upgrades, and resurfacing & restriping of the corridor.  
MIA-SR 721-05.21, PID 93779 – ODOT will undertake maintenance activities on the bridge carrying SR 721 over Hog Run, just west of the Village of Laura in Union Township, Miami County.  The project is necessary to maintain the bridge.

Comments may be submitted by contacting the individual below.  Issues the public may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources.  Comments should be submitted by Friday, March 28, 2014.
