Rescheduled Due to Weather
I-70 Westbound Lane Closure for Pavement Repair
Wednesday, April 15, 2009 Monday, April 13, 2009
Pavement repair will take place on I-70 westbound between SR 235 and SR 201. The following schedule will be in place:
Left lane closure at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 15
Center lane closure at 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 15
Center lane opens at 6 a.m. Thursday, April 16
Center lane closes at 10 p.m. Thursday, April 16
Left lane will remain closed through Friday morning.
Left and center lanes will open Friday, April 17 at 6 a.m.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
Law enforcement will be on site to monitor traffic flow.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone area.
