Lane Closures on I-75 Southbound
Between Edwin C. Moses Boulevard and Washington Street
Montgomery County (Wednesday, July 30, 2014) – Lane closures will be in effect on I-75 southbound between Edwin C. Moses Boulevard and Washington Street beginning Wednesday, July 30th at 8 pm. This will become a double lane closure between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am. All lanes will reopen Thursday, July 31st at 6 am. One lane will remain open to southbound motorists at all times.
These lane closures are due to a contractor removing a bridge deck.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming closure. All work is weather permitting.
Safety is a top priority at ODOT. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
