ODOT Seeking Public Comments
SIDNEY (Monday, November 26, 2018) - The Ohio
Department of Transportation District 7 is seeking public comments regarding
the following projects:
AUG-66-1040, PID 101850 - ODOT proposes to rehabilitate the
existing bridge on SR 66 over the Miami & Erie Canal Feeder in St. Marys
Township, south of the City of St. Marys in Auglaize County. The project is necessary to address the
deterioration of the existing structure.
DAR-49-2378, PID 103816 – ODOT proposes to rehabilitate the
bridge carrying State Route 49 over Woodington Run in Brown Township, Darke
County. The project is necessary to
address the deteriorated condition of the bridge.
MIA-CR25A-0354, PID 103159 – The City of Tipp City proposes to
improve CR25A, from Floral Acres Drive to the I-75 interchange. Improvements will include a center left
turn lane and signal upgrades. The project
will ensure CR25A remains a viable alternative to I-75, as well as improve
safety and support future development.
Interconnect, PID 103488
– The City of Troy proposes to undertake signal upgrades and interconnection
on State Route 41 at Dorset Road and
Marybill Drive. The project is
intended to improve traffic flow through the corridor, for reduced congestion
and improved safety.
103790 – ODOT proposes
to install overhead lane use signs and “Next Signal” signs on State Route 725
and SR 741 in advance of signalized intersections. The project is intended to improve traffic
flow and safety through more efficient lane use.
MOT-CR59-0000, PID 101936 – The Montgomery County Engineer
proposes to rehabilitate the Philadelphia Drive bridge over the Stillwater
River. The proposed project is
intended to address the deterioration of the existing structure and provide a
design-standard roadway cross-section more appropriate for a two-lane roadway
while accommodating pedestrian/bicycle access within the region.
Tract, PID 103177 – The
City of Dayton proposes to provide a bicycle connection between the Third
Street Bridge over the Great Miami River and the Link Bike Share Station west
of Shannon Street. The project will
improve bicycle access, consistent with the City’s Livable Streets Policy.

may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the
project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or
