ODOT Seeking Public Comments
On upcoming projects
Sidney (Monday, March 27, 2017) – The Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 is seeking public comments regarding the following projects:
D07-BH FY 19(C), PID 99865 – ODOT proposes to undertake maintenance activities on five bridges in Auglaize, Mercer and Shelby Counties. The project is necessary to address the deterioration of the existing bridges.
MOT-Lyons Road, PID 100316 – The Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District proposes to provide pedestrian facilities on Lyons Road, between Byers Road and SR 741 and on SR 741 from Lyons Road to an existing sidewalk to the north.
Comments may be submitted by contacting the individual below. Issues the public may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources. Comments should be submitted by Friday, April 28, 2017.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for the above projects are being, or have been, carried-out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated12/11/2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
