Western Ohio Current Construction
For the week of November 20th - 26th
Sidney (Monday, November 20, 2017) – The following closures are currently in
effect for the week of November 20th- 26th:
I-75 north between CR 25A
(Troy) and US 36, Lane closure
November 21st between 10 am and noon. One northbound lane will
I-75 south between Northwoods
Boulevard and I-70, Lane
closure November 20th at 9:30 pm – 21st at 5:30 am. Two
southbound lanes will remain open.
SR 48 between Wampler Avenue
and East Orchard Springs Drive, Daily lane closures November 20th –
22nd between the hours of 9 am and 3:30 pm. One lane will remain open in each direction
at all times.
Stewart Street Ramp to US 35
CLOSURE March 28th – September 30, 2018. The
official detour is: Stewart Street to Edwin C. Moses Boulevard to I-75 north to US 35 west to James H McGee
Blvd. to US 35 east
Darke – SR 705 near Groff
lane closures November 27th – December 11th between the
hours of 7 am and 5 pm. One lane will remain open for travel in each
direction through the use of flaggers.
Montgomery – US 35 west Ramps
to I-75 north and south, RAMP CLOSURE November 30th at 10 pm – December 1st
at 5 am. The official detour is: US 35 west to James H. McGee Boulevard to US
35 east to I-75 north and south.
Shelby – SR 29 between Cisco
Road and West Russell Road, Daily lane closures November 27th –
January 1st between the hours of 7:30 am and 4 pm. One lane will
be open for travel in each direction through the use of flaggers.
ODOT closures focus on
Interstate, US and State routes. For
information on local roads you will need to contact the county, city or
township where the road is located. Arrow boards and signs will be
in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming
closure. All work is weather
permitting. Safety is a top priority at ODOT. To help ensure the safety of
the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions
required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being,
or have been, carried out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum
of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
