I-75 Closed in Both Directions
Between SR 274 and US 36
Shelby County (Tuesday, June 17, 2014) – I-75 is closed in both directions between SR 274 and US 36 due to a truck leaking material in the area of SR 47.  The affected section of I-75 will reopen when crews have the incident cleaned up.
The official detour during this closure is:
I-75 south traffic: SR 274 east to SR 235 south to US 36 west
I-75 north traffic: US 36 east to SR 235 north to SR 274 west
Law enforcement will be on hand to monitor traffic flow.
