Paving and bridge work require various lane closures
U.S. Route 22 and State Route 48
 
Warren County (Wednesday, April 12, 2017) – Paving and minor bridge work, including sealing bridge decks, upgrading guardrail, adding rumble stripes and safety edge, and replacing raised pavement markings, requires the following lane closures on U.S. 22 and SR 48.
 
U.S. Route 22 – various lane closures from Creek Woods Place to just past Carter Avenue/Ward Road from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and again from 7 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers and/or portable traffic signals.
 
State Route 48 – various lane closures from the Maineville corporate line to just south of East Turtlecreek Union Road nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers and/or portable traffic signals.
 
All work is contingent upon weather. Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone and lane closures. All work is dependent upon weather.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
