Bridge inspection requires various
ramp lane closures
Hamilton
County (Monday, July 20, 2015) – Bridge inspection will require the following
lane closures this week:
Monday,
July 20 – Single lane
of the northbound U.S. 42 ramp at the Florence Avenue exit at I-71 from 10 p.m.
until 6 a.m. the following day.
Tuesday,
July 21 and Wednesday, July 22
– Left lane of southbound I-471 ramp under I-71 at Eggleston Avenue from 10
p.m. Tuesday, July 21 until 6 a.m. the following day. The right lane of
southbound I-471 ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. Wednesday, July 22 until 6
a.m. the following day.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming ramp
lane closures and all work is dependent on weather.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public,
motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic
while passing through the work zone.
