Bridge work to require
I-71 lane closure

(Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2015) – Bridge
work will require a lane closure on northbound Interstate 71 at the Jeremiah
Morrow Bridge this week.
The
closure will be in place between the SR 123 interchange and the northern end of
the bridge from 7:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 10.
Traffic delays may become lengthy.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road
and lane closures. Law enforcement officers will assist with traffic
control. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the
traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch
for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
