Culvert work requires SR 222 closure

Clermont County (Wednesday, March 23, 2016) – Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 222 north of SR 125.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, March 28, SR 222 will be closed between SR 132 and SR 125 until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 1. Northbound SR 222 traffic will be detoured to west on SR 125 to north on SR 132; southbound SR 222 traffic will use the reverse detour.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
