Interstate 471 ramp closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Monday, July 30, 2018) - Work on the Mt. Adams wall
requires the following nightly
ramp closures on Interstate 471:
Close the ramp from north I-471 to Third Street/west U.S. 50/south
I-71 nightly from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. Monday, July 23 through Friday, July 27.
The ramp will also be closed nightly from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Monday, July 30, Tuesday, July 31 and Wednesday, Aug. 1, and from 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2 until
6 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3.
The detour uses north I-71 to the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
exit back to south I-71.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the
upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
