Emergency traffic signal cabinet repair scheduled today

Butler County (Tuesday, June 12, 2018) - The traffic signal cabinet at State Route 747 and Hamilton Mason Road was damaged in an earlier crash.
In order to replace the cabinet, the signal at SR 747 and Hamilton Mason Road will be "DARK" or not operating from 8 a.m. until noon today. Traffic will be maintained with flagging operations.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
