Full
closures of northbound I-75 scheduled
Hamilton County (Wednesday,
Dec. 30, 2015) – Full closures of northbound Interstate 75
at Mitchell Avenue (Exit 6) are scheduled during the weeks of Jan. 5 and Jan.
12 to accommodate bridge work.
The full closures will be in place beginning at 11
p.m. each night Tuesday, Jan. 5, Wednesday, Jan. 6, Thursday, Jan. 7 and
Friday, Jan. 8, reopening by 5 a.m. the following day. The ramp from Mitchell Avenue to northbound I-75 will also be closed.

11 p.m. each night Tuesday, Jan. 12, Wednesday, Jan. 13, Thursday, Jan. 14 and
Friday, Jan. 15, reopening by 5 a.m. the following day. The ramp from Mitchell Avenue to northbound I-75 will also be closed.
Traffic will be detoured to westbound I-74 to
eastbound I-275 to I-75. All work is weather dependent.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert
motorists of the upcoming full closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers
as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their
speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
