Hamilton County construction
updates
HAMILTON COUNTY (Nov. 3, 2014) – Upcoming construction will require the
following closures this week:
I-75 at Hopple
Double
lane closure on northbound I-75 Monday, Nov. 3 beginning at 10 p.m. and rolling
road closures beginning at midnight. Full closure of Marshall Avenue will begin
at midnight. All lanes of traffic to reopen by 6 a.m. the following day.
Double
lane closure on north and southbound I-75 as well as closure of the ramp from
northbound I-75 to Hopple Street, beginning at 10 p.m. with all lanes reopen to
traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.
Double
lane closure on southbound I-75 Wednesday, Nov. 5, as well as closure of the
ramp to Hopple Street, beginning at 10 p.m., with all lanes reopen to traffic
by 6 a.m. the following day. Rolling road closures will begin at midnight.
Work
to implement the shift of traffic to the east side of Central Parkway will
begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 with lane closures on Central Parkway,
followed by full closure of Central Parkway between Bates Avenue and the
Connector Road, and the Connector Road from Hopple Street to Central Parkway at
11 p.m.; one White Caste driveway will be maintained during the closure of
Central Parkway. All roads will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7.
Single
lane closure on northbound I-75, beginning at 8 p.m. followed by a double lane
closure at 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7 and Saturday, Nov. 8, with all lanes reopen
to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.
Flagging
operation on Marshall Avenue and various side streets between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
daily.
