I-275 Lane Closures Week of April 2

Lane Closures Scheduled for Bridge Painting

Hamilton County (Friday, March 30, 2012) – Bridge painting will require lane closures on Interstate 275 near the Indiana border the week of April 2.

The right lane of east and westbound I-275 at the Stephens Road overpass will be closed for various lengths of time between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.  At no time will both lanes be closed simultaneously.

Due to the nature of the work, the closed lane can be reopened as needed for oversized loads.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming closure and detour.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
