I-275 lane closures scheduled for pavement work
 
Hamilton County (Thursday, May 28, 2015) – Pavement work will require the following lane closures on Interstate 275 next week:
 
Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5, the left lane of westbound I-275 will be closed from just west of U.S. 127 to Colerain Avenue at 6 p.m. followed by a double lane closure at 7 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. the following day.
 
Also, the left lane of eastbound I-275 at the I-74 split will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, June 1 and Thursday, June 4. Various lane closures will be in place on westbound I-275 at Colerain Avenue and the I-74 split, beginning at 6 p.m., with a double lane closure at 7 p.m. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.
 
In addition, the I-275/Struble Road overpass will be closed for 60 days beginning Friday, June 5. The detour for westbound Struble Road traffic is south on Pippin Road to west on Springdale Road to north on U.S. 27 to Struble Road. Eastbound traffic will use the same detour in reverse.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and ramp closures and work is dependent on weather.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
