I-471 and U.S. 50 ramp closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Tuesday, May 8, 2018) - Road
and bridge work requires the following ramps to be closed:
Northbound Interstate 471 to westbound U.S. Route 50, to
Interstate 71 and 75, and to Third St. – nightly from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8; Wednesday, May 9; and Thursday, May 10 into Friday morning May 11.
Westbound U.S. 50 to 6th St. and I-471 southbound - nightly from 7
p.m. until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8; Wednesday, May 9; and Thursday, May 10 into Friday morning May 11.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the
upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
