I-71/Jeremiah Morrow closures scheduled
Warren County (Friday, June 26, 2013) – A left lane closure will be in place on northbound I-71 at the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge construction site next week.
The closure will be in place from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 1, Tuesday, July 2 and Wednesday, July 3. In addition, the left lane of southbound I-71 will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon Monday, July 1 from Wilmington Road to the south end of the bridge. Traffic delays may be significant and motorists may wish to seek an alternate route.
Arrow boards and signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
