I-71 lane restrictions at MLK Drive
June 13 and June 15
Hamilton County (Monday, June 13, 2016) – The following restrictions will be in place on Interstate 71 from McMillan Street to Dana Avenue as part of the work to create a new, full movement interchange at I-71 and Martin Luther King Drive:
· Monday, June 13: Various lane closures on northbound I-71 at MLK Dr. from 1 a.m. until 5 a.m.
· Wednesday, June 15: Various lane closures on southbound I-71 at MLK Dr. from 1 a.m. until 5 a.m.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
