Interstate 71 lane closures

May 1, 2015) – Work to install
railing on the SR 741 bridge over I-71 will require the following lane
closures:
Tuesday, May 5:
The right lane of southbound I-71 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a double lane
closure from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day.
Wednesday, May 6:
The right lane of northbound I-71 from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following day.
Thursday, May 7:
A double lane closure on northbound I-71 from 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. the
following day.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lanes
closure and work is dependent on weather. To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone.
