I-71 lane closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Friday, June 1, 2012) – To accommodate a traffic shift on northbound Interstate 71 at Reading Road/Dorchester Avenue, lane closures will be in place Sunday, June 3.
A double left lane closure is scheduled for 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m. Sunday after which traffic will be pushed to the right lanes on northbound I-71 at the two mile marker. This shift is to accommodate bridge maintenance work at that location.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
