Lane closures scheduled for I-71/Jeremiah Morrow
Warren County (Friday, July 12, 2013) –A left lane closure will be in place on northbound I-71 at the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge construction site next week.
The closure will be in place from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 15 through Saturday, July 20. In addition, the left lane of southbound I-71 will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 15 from Wilmington Road to the south end of the bridge; for this lane closure traffic delays may become significant and motorists may wish to seek an alternate route.
Arrow boards and signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
