Interstate 71/Jeremiah Morrow
Bridge lane closure scheduled

County (Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014) – Bridge work will require a lane closure on
Interstate 71 at the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge.
The left lane of northbound I-71 will be closed
from 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9 until 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10. Lane closure
limits will be from the rest area to the Wilmington Road exit. Work is dependent on the weather and if
canceled, the lane closure will be rescheduled for 10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10
until 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
closure.
To help
ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public,
motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic
while passing through the work zone.
