71/MLK project update
Hamilton County (Friday,
Aug. 21, 2015) – As part of the work to create a new,
full movement interchange at Interstate 71 and Martin Luther King Drive, the
following restrictions will be in place:
Beginning
at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, westbound Martin Luther King Drive will be closed
from Gilbert Avenue to Reading Road until 5 a.m. the following day. The detour
is south on Gilbert Avenue to west on Lincoln Avenue to north on Reading Road
to Martin Luther King Drive. Throughout the closure, law enforcement officers
will maintain traffic for emergency vehicles.
Arrow boards and/or signs
will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane closure.
