I-71/MLK Traffic Switch Scheduled


Hamilton County (Wednesday, April 29, 2015) - As part of the work to create a new, full movement interchange at Interstate 71 and Martin Luther King Drive, the following traffic pattern switch and ramp closure are scheduled for Friday, May 1.

The ramp from southbound I-71 to William Howard Taft Road (Exit No. 3) will be closed from 12:01 to 5 a.m. Friday, May 1. During this time, southbound I-71 traffic will be shifted toward the center median lanes and will remain in this pattern until mid-2016.

Also during this time Melish Place will be permanently closed from Bathgate Road to 3111 Van Buren Avenue.​
