Pavement repair work closes two lanes on eastbound I-74
Hamilton County (Tuesday, April 12, 2011) – Two lanes of eastbound Interstate 74, just west of State Route 128, will be closed for emergency pavement repair, beginning at 6:30 p.m. today.
In addition, the right lane of the ramp from I-275 to eastbound I-74 will be closed to traffic, beginning at 6 p.m. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 13.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
