Liberty Way ramp work scheduled

(Friday, April 3, 2015) – Pavement work will take place on the ramps
from southbound I-75 to Liberty Way and eastbound SR 129 to Liberty Way Friday,
April 3. Work will take place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday, April 4. Traffic
will be maintained and delays may be possible.
Also
during this time, placement of portable concrete barrier wall will require
short-term closures of the ramp from Liberty Way to southbound I-75. Closures
will be intermittent and a detour will be posted. The ramp will be open to
traffic by 6 a.m. Saturday, April 7.
Work
will take place at the same time on Saturday night if rained out Friday night.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
and ramp closures and work is dependent on weather.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
