Short-term Closures of I-75 Slated this Weekend for Utility Work
Hamilton County (Friday, Sept. 18, 2011) – To accommodate aerial utility work over Interstate 75 in Lockland (mile marker 12.7), short term closures of three to five minutes will be in place for both directions of the roadway on Sunday, Sept. 18.
The work will begin at 2 a.m. and last approximately one hour.
Lockland police will assist with traffic control.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
