I-75 closure scheduled for utility work
Hamilton County (Wednesday, July 24, 2013) - Utility work will require a full closure of southbound Interstate 75 a half mile south of State Route 562 on Friday, July 26. The10-minute closure will be in place anytime between the hours of 12:01 to 5 a.m. Law enforcement will assist with traffic control.
Arrow boards and signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
