I-75 lane closures scheduled for
bridge work
Hamilton
County (Monday, June 1, 2015) – Bridge work on Sharon Road over Interstate
75 will require the following lane shifts and closures on Interstate 75 this
week:
Beginning at 9 p.m. Thursday, June 4 all lanes of
north and southbound I-75 between Glendale Milford and Kemper roads will be slightly
shifted toward the left, or median of the road. In addition, the right lanes of
north and southbound I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, June 5 through 6
a.m. Monday, June 8, leaving two lanes of traffic open.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
shifts and closures and work is dependent on weather.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
